Example: a lawyer uploads a first-instance criminal judgment. Casemind reads it and suggests the case number, court, decision level and decision date, each with the quote it came from and a confidence level. It calculates the appeal deadline, notes that the document counts the period from the day of receipt, and asks the lawyer to check it. Nothing is saved until the lawyer ticks the values and confirms.

    Stored in the EU

    The database and uploaded files are hosted in Amsterdam.

    Encrypted before storage

    Client phone numbers, addresses and ID numbers, opposing parties, case descriptions, task, time and invoice descriptions, and every uploaded file are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database or disk.

    Each firm kept apart

    Every firm's records and files are separated from every other firm's.

  • 04

    Hard to break into

    Three wrong passwords lock an account for three hours, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.

    A record of every sign-in

    Partners see a security log of sign-ins, password and team changes, exports and deletions, kept for a year.

  • 06

    AI only when you ask

    A document is sent to Google's Gemini API only when someone clicks Read with AI. Partners can switch AI off for the whole firm, and interns can't use it.

Questions, answered

Is Casemind in Albanian?

Yes. The app, invoices and emails are in Albanian and English, and each person picks their own language.

Does it work for law firms in Albania?

The automatic appeal deadlines follow Kosovo's rules today. Everything else works for any firm.

Can I sign up and start right away?

Not yet. During early access we set up each firm ourselves. Request a demo and we'll start your 14-day trial.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The trial is free for 14 days, for up to 11 users.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer, monthly or yearly. Online card payments are not available yet.

Does the AI make decisions for us?

No. It suggests values from a document, shows where each one came from, and saves nothing until a lawyer confirms. Partners can switch it off for the whole firm.

Can we rely on the calculated deadlines?

Treat them as a safety net, not a replacement for checking. Casemind counts from the decision date and warns you when a document counts from the day of receipt.

Can you move our existing data in?

Yes. On the Enterprise plan we move your existing records in for you. Ask about it in your demo.

Do interns cost extra?

No. Interns are free on every plan.
